Risk Cognizance LLC (“Risk Cognizance”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), available at the U.S. Copyright Office website here, Risk Cognizance will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement involving Risk Cognizance Services (the “Services”) and/or the Risk Cognizance Website (the “Website”) when such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent, as outlined below.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or have exclusive rights under copyright, please report alleged infringements occurring on the Services or through the Website by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, Risk Cognizance will take appropriate action, including potentially removing the challenged content from the Website.
